Not much to say but I said I'd try to post more regularly so here I am. Been very good with my diet. Sticking to 1300 calories on low days and about 1600 on high days like today. The cravings come and go and I'm trying to stay strong despite being in that frustrating point of the challenge where I'm not looking or feeling much better but have been deprived of good (well, bad, but you know what I mean) food for awhile now.
I'm struggling mostly with the fact that I can only get to the gym 3 days a week at the moment. It's enough time to get my weights in and a bit of cardio, but considering how much calorie cutting I'm doing, I'd like to be losing 1kg a week but can only realistically do about 600g without the extra exercise - and my job is completely inactive... I stand like a statue all day, giving out free chocolate and having to watch people eat it. I just hope when Tuesday (weigh in day) comes, I will some encouraging results that give me motivation to push through another week. Anywho - nothing more to say. Will just keep on keepin' on and hope it starts to get easier!
